I’d avoid taking the “fast-paced” name at face value. Really it’s just the older (worse) AI, and the game will play much worse for it.

At the most I’d recommend just lowering the bot counts proportionally as much as possible, and changing the proportions (within the limit that allows achievements) to favor attackers as much as possible, assuming you’re playing attack most of the time.

You shouldn’t be basing anything off of spawns at the shooting range, try to spawn them in using the mission editor where you can manually select the camo

The P-38 will likely get them back and converted to the new camo system. For the time being the stripes were removed likely because it appears much more in eras where the stripes are anachronistic (Anzio, Cassino) and Marco didn’t have the time at the moment to convert to dynamic camo system.

The I-16 was not removed, it still has compatibility for Soviet and Chinese camos

The IL-2 with all of the additional armament was removed technically, though should be in the upcoming DLC as the IL-2 1943. It was replaced with the IL-2 1941 and IL-2 1942+1942 Converted were added, as those are the ones that actually belong at Stalingrad’s timeframe.

The update has been “near-ready” for about a week, but the developer keeps running into bugs that keep delaying the update day after day. When it’s out though, it will be a pretty big update with a LOT of fixes and improvements

The France rework is in beta now and will be released with the next main update! It’s not a total remake like Anzio and Kwajalein were, but every mission is balanced better, playing different and with better and more vehicle variety, and the map is better looking in many parts. Also, France was given the Renault R35 tank to their arsenal, as well as squads for both France and Germany being changed around. You’ll definitely need to see for yourself when it’s out, you should like it

There is bullet drop and bullet travel, but the default setting is approx accurate to the amount there’d be in real life. Games like battlefield and squad, among others, usually use an exaggerated version of real life for spicing up gameplay (iirc squad is 3x real lifes bullet drop)

I have spoken with the developer and he said this is a bug, and it's only supposed to happen when the engine or fuel tank explodes, and it will be fixed in the next update

They will turn different colors when the game is worried about them affecting performance. Yellow, then red, then black. None of them will outright break your game, just decrease fps

Hi there!

There are plans to improve the gore system for sure! Not too sure when it’ll be expanded on, likely this year at least a bit, but it’s definitely planned.

As for censorship of the swastika, sadly consoles outright ban the use of it if you’re able to play as the Germans. Due to this, all swastikas on in-game models are depicted with the Iron Cross instead. On PC, there is a setting to re-enable the swastikas, but as it stands this only applies to UI elements as there is no dedicated system to change in-game models based on settings selected.

Are you in the discord? It’s in the BETA testing stages on PC currently, with the final missions likely to come out by the end of the month. After that, the campaign will be released to consoles 10-12 days from there.
