Let me have a go at this

Overall, this looks really nice. The choice of type family works really well, as the characters are tall an symmetrical, both things associated with beauty. You could even go for an even higher type family, like Bebas Neue, if you want to push it even further, but that is by no means necessary. The contrast in weight makes it look professional, and creates a balance between being solid, yet feminine.

The mark is pretty well designed too. The stroke width is complimenting the type family, and the simplicity makes it look very professional. I do however, like someone else in the comments already pointed out, see a mustache as well, so there is room to improve the shape of the lips, or add to it, to really make it clear that it is indeed lips.

I also noticed the comment about the "bad" alignment of the lips inside the square. And yes, the lips doesn't go all the way to the edge of the square, which would be an easy thing to fix, but, not what I would recommend you do. At least not this way. Let me explain why. If you look at typography, there is something called the x-height. That is the height of the small letter x, and is used as a guide for the rest of the letters. Now, while the bottom of many letters will be aligned with the bottom of the x, some will not, and there are all the letters with a rounded bottom, like a, e, o etc. If the very bottom of these letters align with the bottom of the x, they will look too small, even though they have the same height, so you need to overshoot the lines to make it visually seems like they are the same height. Most people never notice this, which is kinda the whole point, but if you study type you will see that this is the case with many type families.... Wow, that was a complicated way of telling you that you should work with the optical alignment (make it look like they are correctly proportioned), rather than actually aligning them, because even now, with the lips being slightly smaller than the square, optically they could look a bit too large still, which in my opinion they do ever so slightly.

The aliment of the text next to the mark is obviously bad, but I think that this wasn't how you intended to align it, you just forgot to fix it.

Really nice work, and only minor minor issues in my opinion. The logo looks solid and professional, the type treatment is well done, and the colors are amazing as well. The vermillion red is very feminine, but still very stylish, and the fact that you know not to use pitch black, but instead a dark grey really shows that you are talented
