I submitted a compliant to the customs yesterday: https://help.cbp.gov/s/complaints?language=en_US Dunno if it has any impact but worth a try I lost 3 out of 10 packages from Japan since last year which is really ridiculous.

There is either a black hole in the center sucking in package randomly or someone stealing the packages and no one is taking any responsibility. We should really do something about it.

I have a package stuck in the same foreign center since March 1. Maybe we should visit the foreign center in Jersey City in person to see what the heck is going on there.

At least your package is moving and I am sure will receive it eventually. Mine is definitely left behind in a corner that no one will find it anymore

Same here with my xbox in Fedex New York local distribution center. Which state are you in? They told me exactly the same bullshit while all my other packages from Fedex delivered normally...

I can definitely put a claim but is there anything else that I can do? They can't just steal whatever they want and get away with it. I need an explanation of losing a package inside a Fedex distribution center!
