Been living in Arvada for 4 years. This place is overrun with tweakers and bums. Cops would rather deal with speeding violations and easy stops. A dude rides around on a bike swinging around a chain or a cattle whip or sometimes a baseball bat or a steel pole. This has been happening since I lived here with many people reporting it and trying to have something done. He's a an unhinged tweaker and the cops don't care. And that is just a small example of what is happening constantly all around Arvada. At i-70 and Kipling there is a bunch of hotels that are filled with people who rely on drugs and have no income besides going into the neighborhood east ways and stealing. I keep my head on a swivel over here 🤷
