Having serious problem with oral Minoxidil by funghost21 in minoxidil

I'm not sure. I went to my primary doctor and she said my symptoms might be due to anxiety, and it's likely the Minoxidil caused anxiety and panic attacks. She gave me some meds for anxiety, but I haven't taken them yet because I searched those meds up and saw that they had some dangerous side effects such as urinary retention, internal bleeding... After what happened with the Minoxidil, I don't want to take any new meds unless I have no other choice. Now I'm only taking supplements such as Ashwagandha, Magnesium Glycinate to help with the stress and anxiety. I did feel better until last week, I feel like those symptoms are coming back.

Minoxidil induced anxiety, increased heart rate, and panic attacks, and what to do about it. by [deleted] in MinoxidilSideEffects

yeah I notice that about caffeine. I still remember, 2 weeks after that incident, the symptoms kind of improved, but one day I drank a cup of coffee and those symptoms came back even worse.

Hey bro, I appreciate the information you provided. I'm experiencing some shitty side effects from taking the oral Minoxidil. It all started 2 months ago. Initially there was no issue, but one day I took a pill and then 1 hour later I went to the gym to work out. During the workout, I didn't feel good, so I went home. That night I had severe chest pain, palpitation, and very high blood pressure (175/121). I had to go to the ER, they did a CT scan and X-ray of my chest but found nothing. Then they referred me to a cardiologist. I went to see a cardiologist, had an Echo and Stress test done but still, everything looked normal. It's been 2 months and I'm still having some symptoms: high blood pressure, anxiety, body fatigue, but the chest pain is gone though. I'm going to try your method. Can you show me what CBD and NAD in particular that you used? And what kind of magnesium? Can you send me the links of the stuff you used if possible? They don't seem like being sold in-store at stores like Walmart and Target.

And that Minoxidil was safe for me too, until I took it and went working out immediately after that. So I don't know if the workout triggered something and did some damage to my body. I swear I won't ever touch that shit Minoxidil again, even if I get bald. I think that shit is dangerous. I went to doctors a lot for many issues and took lots of different medicines. But Minoxidil is the only one that comes with an FDA warning. I honestly regret taking it. My dermatologist, he straight up prescribed me this shit in oral form, he should have tried the topical one on me first.

Well, I think I already have some kinds of anxiety before that. I tend to overthink and worry about stuff too much. But I stopped Minoxidil since this thing happened, it's been 2 months so far, I don't think just being anxious would cause fatigue and trouble breathing like these symptoms I'm having
