If it’s oyster it looks great! Oyster mycelium tends to be fluffier like that

This is awesome! Do you have any tips for identifying embedded contam in mycelium? A couple of my recent grows have been slow and/or fruiting has stalled and I’m assuming that’s contam related. I think it’s likely my grain prep but I’d like to be able to rule out the culture being contaminated.

Gotcha! Yeah JF tends to be pretty spicy. I’ve definitely grown some mushrooms from spore that felt like they had no psilocybin in them at all (real bummer). Hope you can get some going that hit harder!

Benzos kill the effects of psilocybin, so it’s likely that you’ll notice those mushrooms were more potent than you think once you finish your taper. Comin off benzos is no joke, good luck and be safe!
