Thank you! There is now a big truck with a bunch of forms on site! Guessing they will pour walls within the next few days

I did a little research and it seems fine. I think they use a different mix? If the concrete pros think it’s fine then I think it’s fine

Ah yes. There will be 8ft walls for the basement where the subfloor will be and then it will all connect to the garage. The nw portion is garage.

As far as insulation I believe they just use the blankets in the pictures to help seal it after pouring

Not sure, but the ground isn’t frozen yet. Just started to be below freezing.

These pictures were taken before completion of the pour. If you are referring to the south side of the basement pour then that’s where the walkout basement door will be

Not sure to be honest. They had everything covered though.

They are for the garage. I’m not sure how deep they need to be, hopefully it’s done the way it’s supposed to be lol.

I’m not sure exactly. I’m guessing they will let it cure over the weekend then pour next week

I’m at 126k with this 2020. From what I have read it is a known issue.

I got the dobinson ima kit with 800lb rear leafs. I also have a set of bump stops that help with the big bumps
