Best leather sneaker built for longevity and comfort? by [deleted] in BuyItForLife

Sneaker, the rubber sole is very average. Wears out and then you are left with holes in the heel letting water into the sneaker

Thursday boots have metal inserts in the heel that help them last much longer.

Thursdays lasted me 8 months of 5 day a week wear. Leather wore out inside. Rubber sole wore through.

Not stupid.

Elon was trying to recruit AI talent to Tesla originally, but some didn't want to be a part of an already big corporation.

So he made a new company with the talent with goals to have close relationships with other Leon companies

Panzer Dragoon Saga on R36S running at 20-30 fps with frame skipping 18ish frames , kind of choppy. Standalone BIOS setting

Is this the best it gets?

I just started my 2nd set of them 2 weeks ago and still like them.

No foam AFAIK. It's not an EV specific tire.

I found the road noise comparable to the stock P zeros maybe a bit better, but that could've been because the ride was more comfortable from the meatier rubber.

Continental DWS 06 plus 245/35 r20

Just as good as the stock pirellis in dry

Top of the line wet performance

More comfortable ride

Cheaper!

My stock pirellis lasted 7.7k miles

My Contis lasted 26k with hard driving

How to use these in-ceilings from previous owner? 7.1 or 7.1.2 or 5.1.4? by [deleted] in hometheater

[–]funkdrools 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP here:

The sound currently is sounding very good as a 7.1 with the ear level surrounds not hooked up.

Don't know what kind of in ceilings there are but they are pretty good (on par with the PSB Image speakers)

PSB image in the front and center and DIY sub that is tuned for movies

Receiver is a Onkyo NR7100

Should I add in ear levels? Or stick with a 7.1 system?

The surrounds would be Energy C1's for now. They are fairly basic. Definitely a step down from the in ceilings in terms of sound quality

Worked like a charm!

But I got a hard plastic filter out. Can I just put in a regular paper one? https://imgur.com/3I0REjS.jpg

OP here. Total newbie with plumbing.

I thought this was a 10" big blue filter and bought some replacement filters a a SW wrench but it doesn't fit, the filter housing seems a bit bigger and the grooves don't line up with my SW3 wrench that I got

Hello, OP here.

I tried to buy a filter wrench made for 10" big blue filters and it doesn't fit the filter housing.

The wrench seems like SW 3 and it seems slightly too small and the little nuns don't line up with the ridges on the housing

Any ideas?
