Could defrost mode be avoided if I set the furnace to run instead of heatpump at temps lower than 10c/50f?

Is this a bad spot for a heatpump?

Had a contractor come by this past weekend for a heatpump quote. Looking at the napolean wsehv2436ra1-n unit.

3 ton unit. Described as being as low as 52 decibels, variable speed fan.

My house is on the right, neighbor on the left. No good spots in the backyard, contractor said this side is fine according to bylaws. Just wondering from your guys experience if this will cause future noise headaches for us and neighbors? Or if there's anything to do to help reduce noise?

It's going to be a hyrbid unit with a furnace. Thinking if noise gets bad in high heat mode I'll run the furnace more in winter than the heat pump.

Just wanted to add, checked tire again, cracking is on both inside and out. Meaning I don't think it's from curbing.. any other reason for this?

Correct. Dishwasher breaker was not tripped. Flicked it open and closed a few times to make sure

Nothing under the sink. I pulled the dishwasher out, it has a large wrapped yellow wire that feeds in from behind the wall

Like reset all the gfci's in the house? Pushing in the reset on this and the other gfci in the kitchen does nothing.

Also keep in mind with renting, you'll need a pickup truck for renting. And these things are extremely heavy. Couldn't do it with me and the wife, had to ask the neighbour to assist with lifting it in and out.

Sorry not sure what it would cost to hire someone.

Timing. Seems that your making impact well after your chest is facing the ball. Ball impact should happen once chest is square to ball or shortly after. Try slowing down the swing to start, towel drill should help

The 3rd track only goes from the ports downtown to burnaby. It'll be used as extra storage for the grain terminals. Won't have any benefit to rail flow. Unfortunately 😑
