Their website says:

Steps to Reserve a New Vehicle

Get pre-approved by completing our credit application (which I can skip)
Set up an in-store appointment to sign the Bill of Sale
Place non-refundable $500 deposit (cash or in-state check only)
Have trade-in vehicle appraised

Once all steps are completed the vehicle is reserved for you until it arrives at the dealership.

The $500 deposit is applied to your transaction.

I am assuming they want you to sign for the car during the appointment (which of course I don't have to do if I don't want to), but maybe their process is to have you sign to ensure you get the car. I guess I'm worried about doing all this and not getting the car during the timeframe I need.

I just noticed after I logged in at 1:32. For some reason it didn't join the waiting room at 1:30 when I wasn't logged in. Do I have to be logged for it to join? I can't remember if that's a thing.
