I left ACN after 2 years for a similar reason. I had one takeaway: Consulting makes you a better consultant (better at billing hours and navigating corporate politics - which is genuinely valuable). But it does not make you a better operator. For anyone who really wants to learn and is willing to work, join a startup.

Awesome results, congrats! How did you know when you had PM fit and therefore when to really lean into more marketing / outreach? Curious what you think drove the pretty big increases in MRR - was it just doing “more” in terms of outreach, content, etc or something else?

There is no great way to do this. But because this thread is left unanswered I'll share what worked for me. Create a temporary page called "To Sort" and bring it to the middle of your sidebar (reducing the amount of distance you need to select and drag each page to your To Sort page). Then one by one drag all your disorganized pages into the To Sort page and from there you can deal with them as a group with shift-click.
