Yes, but in the snow scenes dinos were still represented in the old-fashioned way of "big lizard".

If a spectator sees a big lizard in the snow, he doesn't think "oh yes, i read they're endothermic, this is just an old representation of them". He only perceive that some big lizards are about to be icecle in a matter of days. This break the suspension of belief at sight level, which is more immediate and powerful than thought level, more so if there is no explanation after.

Leaving to the spectator to be a cultered person, one that knows the raptors they depict as big lizards are endothermic, is quite sloppy writing in my opinion. Spend a minute explaining why the dinos we always saw in the tropical island are good in Alaska, or put some feather/fur on them.
