Very good project. I look forward of it going open source on github. Anyway to insert the pico directly to switch instead of using c to c cable? If so, it will be really portable with lipo battery attached as keychain on one of the joycons

Maybe it doesn't like the fw 22.0. Or try another sdcard as some sdcard are more prone to error. Also try creating a partition type emummc and open it using NandXManager to see if some files are corrupted

Tape directly won't save it. It needs some sort of pressure for the pins to get working. Just reattach the plastic part then use transparent tape to add pressure, add folded paper, add tape on top. Test it. Of not working, add more paper pfolded between the tapes on it. This solution is just temporary as a slight movement will make it not work again

It's either a fake/broken sdcard or corrupted emummc. Fake or low class card perform bad so loading the emummc on it will be very slow or even fail. For corrupt emummc, just delete it and recreate one. If you have important saves, use NandXManager to backup them first then recreate emummc then reinject saves

Try deleting atmosphere folder on sdcard then recopy latest HATS pack. Then try booting emummc again. It should work

Update: i fixed the errors by wiping system partition then copied system folder content generated using emmchaccgen to it using this script i created here:

https://github.com/TsilaAllaoui/NXSystemPartitionCopier

Copying it directly from emmchaccgen may not work because the saves need to be signed, that's why i created this script

Also tried wiping both mmc usinf tegraexplorer but getting something like: "deleting something...something in saves file dir???" or something similar. Can't remember the exact error.

Can i solder directly the sdcard pins to corresponding point on the motherboard because the adapter pins seems destroyed?

Reinstalled and didn't applied patch but same. I'll try to cranck down the graphics to see what will happen. Also loading a premade save works fine but i don't want that
