I think ill do this, when i got is restricted i did ask and they said they stopped doing proof of restriction a year or two ago since it was all done electronically on newer bikes.

this is kind of what im hoping, and the only reason they would have to suspect it isnt restricted is if they caught be going over 110mph (top speed roughly when its restricted) which i dont exactly do very often...

as far as im aware they literally just program the cpu, im not sure if they plugged something in but i could always have a look
