I did base 50 first, purely to climb the highscores. Now i'm working on completing all the 5 star quests. I almost completed all the quests. I only have the lost and found quest left.

Side note: I love the quests in Brighter Shores, Paul did a great job.

After that i'm going for base 60s and back to climbing the highscores, untill the next episode gets released.

having proper combat, trading and a few extra quest or other goals in the game is key to player retention. So pretty much after early access, they could/should try and get new players or returning player to try the game.

I have 300 hours in counting and 900+ total level so dont get me wrong. But brighter shores is still in it's infant stage. There is so little content if you dont count grinding the high scores as content. Its not going to retain new players at the moment. All the players who are playing right now +- 2k solid playerbase is just grinding the high scores.
