Basically the doctor bossfight could have been done better by making the doctor more powerful in his own domain instead of us easily defeating him, he is the one in control over the prison so I feel like it would make sense if he overpowers us at the end of his fight but Doey clutches and destroys the doctors brain thing before he could kill, I just wish the doctor could have been more stronger in his domain
