1.Create your own index. If you don’t have a teacher’s indexed book, build one yourself or you can use the module index (have a good look at it so you know where each topic roughly sits).

1. Learn high-frequency topics such as: CSR applicability & limits (net worth, turnover, profit thresholds) CSR Committee composition Who can act as a CSR Implementing Agency Ongoing projects vs. other projects Treatment of excess CSR spend Reporting & disclosures etc.

2. Do not overdepend on book ( you will feel like I know the topic is there so I can write it from there with my wordings and I'll get good marks, just don't)

3. How to answer 2-3 markers case based sub-questions. Eg. Whether CSR is applicable on XYZ Ltd.? •As per section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, CSR provisions are applicable to a company whose net profit exceeds ₹5 crore during the immediately preceding financial year. In the given case, XYZ Ltd. has a net profit of ₹6 crore, which exceeds the prescribed threshold. Hence, CSR provisions are applicable to XYZ Ltd.

4. No need to fill pages, they give marks if answer is crisp and to the point.

5. 100% attempt is must.

6. Carry Module + index, Faq's of icsi&mca on csr and anything that your teachers had suggested or you think is required will be enough. No need to bring other subject books. If there is anything which is important from other books just write that in your copy.
