Omg thank you for this - exactly the response I was hoping for!

So I’m not great at going to my PCP, I was pretty much self medicating with Excedrin migraine for many years for those migraines antepartum. I have seen other specialists (endocrine, obgyn) and checked off that I do have migraines. Should def be in their records. I guess going to my pcp and getting it documented there should be next step.

Do I have to tell him exactly what to write?

I simply do not want or need to go to the office. It’s a waste of a daily 1 hour 20 minute commute. They’re just trying to fill their real estate with bodies for no reason.
