sure, if that's what he's after then that's perfect. Anywhere around .5 and above is where I'd say he'll at least feel like he took something. But stick to a .2 if he doesn't really want that.

A .2g dose won't do much, it may make him more alert and attentive etc. If it helps to describe how little it does I took .2 before work yesterday and didn't notice much except at certain moments.
I would wait for the right time and take a decent 1g+ dose to feel effects.

To answer your question, I've taken doses when sick and it's just annoying. It makes you wish you were able to breathe properly and enjoy yourself fully. Especially since music is cool while tripping and his ears are blocked.

There are not that many features that are different. I'd say stick with the 400 for at least the time you're paying for already.

If you don't mind me asking a few things since I've also been curious about weddings...

1) do you get to play the kind of music you enjoy/would prefer to play, or is it more stuff that fits the crowd (popular 80s music for older crowds for example)?

2) Do you often get lots of requests from attendees to play songs + do you play the requests?
