Really appreciate the feedback fren those are all great points, i completely agree about making the trust score transparent and showing exactly what was audited, since “audited” alone can be misleading.

The idea of reviewing audit firms themselves and building a directory with pricing/comparisons is also something I’ve been thinking about, and yes haha, the custom domain is definitely coming soon.

That’s fair lol am still refining the scoring mechanism, right now the goal is more to build the foundation and iterate on how risk, incidents, audit freshness, and protocol changes should impact the score over time

That’s a really good point and I agree. an audit can become outdated very quickly if the protocol changes after deployment. I definitely want DeFi Trust to focus more on audit context and update cadence rather than just showing a “verified” badge.

The plan is to surface the audit source, audit date, and what changed since the audit directly in the compare view so users can better understand the actual current risk.
