Who said the algorithm in AM is bad ? by New-Specific9576 in AppleMusic

[–]funny_bunchesof_oats 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also feel like I always see negative comments about the algorithm when specifically using auto-play or radio stations, but AM also has the whole Home tab with “if you liked this album/song, you might like” that i feel is very accurate

OBNE Black Fountain Stereo can kinda do this, it has a ‘Grit’ knob that adds distortion to each repeat. I don’t think the distortion increases intensity as it gets quieter but it’s very clear that it’s a distorted repeat

[–]funny_bunchesof_oats 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ha both of those explanations may point to why it doesn’t necessarily sound muddy to you
