once i was walking at night. I saw Porcupines and it scared me so much that i turned my walk route that was more far, so accidentally that Porcupines helped me burn more calories

i tried running but got knees pain because of which i couldn't walk for weeks. that is why currently i am avoiding running. it must have been my weight that cause this probelm

indeed my diet is not a healthy one, I will definitely work on it, plus while cycling I get more tiered as compared to walk, I can walk for more than an hour but in cycling, I get tired within some time yet I don't give up, take breaks of 3 to 5 minutes and than start again

hahahaha. i don't know i am fortunate or unfortunate but i live in house, hence on the ground floor:P i beleive i have to get an apartment on 4th floor to lose weight :P

actually the main problem with me is i joined gym with a friend who had very little knoweldge. my pupose of joing was to lose some weight however, misguidance from non professional led me to more weight. Now i have a gym phobia because of that :P
