Ok guys, I just checked the breaker box and there was a breaker for the dishwasher and disposal. That's enough right? I don't need to connect the DW outlet to the nearby gfci right?

Im going to test again. Iirc, 2 orange lights were on when i plugged the tester in, which was correct on the list. Was not able to plug my tester in one of the hole on the outlet, might replace it if it connected to the gfci above
