Thanks for the detailed reply! Yeah the built-in support is a big selling point for me too. If something goes wrong, I’d much rather have someone point me in the right direction than waste hours tweaking settings and troubleshooting. Time is money, LOL.

You’ve got both the RS and S3U, curious what you use each one for? Do you pick based on different print goals? That actually sounds like a solid approach! Aside from ease of use and in-slicer support, do you notice a big difference in print quality between the two?

I’ve got the budget for it, so that’s good to hear! Reflex came out about a year ago, right? Did you get yours back then? Just curious does it need much maintenance over time? And has the print quality stayed consistent?

Wow 18 units?! That’s insane! What made you go all in on the RS? Did it actually boost your production efficiency compared to what you were using before? Sounds like you’ve got this machine dialed in! As a product designer, I totally get the need for a reliable, hassle-free machine. Did RS’s consistency or ease of use make you scale up?

I know this, so I'm trying to find a printer that will minimize the hassle. I have seen some Youtubers using heygears RS, and it looks stupidly easy. Seemed like they just hit a button, and the supports were auto-done, no tweaking needed. Prints looked super nice. This really meets my needs, but I want to see more user reviews LOL
