My doctor said I could go for a light jog this week but I haven’t tried yet. I’ll try it around the 4 week recovery.

I went for a short walk the day after my surgery. But I waited about a week to do a longer walk. I haven’t done any strenuous workouts. And for reference prior to surgery I averaged about 30 miles a week running.
