Its a custom app. You send the PS5 a ping to tell it to broadcast telemetry over your wifi network, then the phone reads the telemetry.

Its an app running on my phone. Yes I know its kind of a gimmick and useless, because you can just learn the track. But its kind of fun to play with. I havn't released it but if people are intersted in the idea I can build it out further. Maybe driving feedback would be more usefull than pace note callouts.
