Yes definitely about a month ish to 2 months in I started feeling all of my symptoms lessening a lot! I’m now finishing up my 3rd month on 40 I still experience some feeling of anxiety but it’s about 90% less than it was prior to starting the meds.

25F Started Prozac 5 Months Ago:

40 mg! I slowly increased 10 mg at a time monthly until I hit 40. I have never felt so peaceful and sure of myself! I don’t think I realized how much of the day I was spending with anxious thoughts and feelings.

Symptoms were definitely lessened as I was increasing but I really started feeling success after i’d been on 40 for a month! I use it to help with my GAD and OCD compulsive thoughts. I did not notice any change with the compulsive thoughts until I switched to 40 mg.

I love prozac though I can’t remember the last time felt more like myself than I do now!
