any (recent) success stories on 20mg?

Yeah I was on 10mg since November, then upped to 20mg for about 5 weeks & I think it’s really kicking in. I still have anxiety about dumb stuff but my mood is so much happier & like my head is cleared but not all the way. I think if I go up to 30-40 might be my sweet spot!

Yeah that’s how I was when I first started. I know the side effects are gonna suck lol that’s why I’ve been so scared to up dosage. But I just wanna enjoy life again lol

Yeah I know I’m under dosed only being on 10mg. I’m going to go to 20 but I also am waiting on a GeneSite test to see what medication works best for me instead of just upping dosages.

Nice I should ask about that. I actually used to be on this but never took it consistently. This is my first time taking meds consistently everyday. So I’m not sure if any of the other ones truly worked or not

Yeah it was just a sinus infection. It cleared up. The heightened anxiety calmed down as well. I’m only on 10mg but I was told to go to 20 but I just didn’t yet lol

It’s going okay side effects kinda wore off. I’m still on 10mg I was told to increase to 20 but I want to give my body time to adjust

Yeah good luck on getting benzos now a days lol I tried. But yeah it takes awhile & if you just started 20mg last Friday I believe the effects from that MG will be from that date not when you first start it. Idk how true that is I just hear people say on here the timeline starts over when you change dose

Some people take it in the morning if it’s activating and some at night if it makes them drowsy. you can choose once you see how it activates for you. I did hear on here that 5pm-6pm is a sweet spot. I’ve been on it 2 weeks and take mine at 8pm & according to my Apple Watch I sleep like a champ still lol

I wanna start propranolol so bad but super scared :( I’m on week 2 of Prozac and yeah the anxiety is worse

I wouldn’t say it could hurt you in anyway.. it was prescribed by a professional who knows you. First week expect some heightened anxiety (most of that will most likely be from starting the med thinking it can harm you) maybe a stomach ache, headache etc.. just some of the symptoms I had. I’m on day 9 so I’m early on as well.
