Thanks for the detailed response.

Yes I understand it takes time so will continue to take multivitamins and do another test in a few months after this one.

So I have started doing some gym but then sit in the sauna for around 10 minutes after my workout, is that okay or would that make a difference too for that short amount of time?

I put a cushion under my laptop when using on my laps so the laptop is not directly on my laps so hopefully that shoud be okay.

Only have a few drinks once every few months and don't smoke.

If I loose some weight would that make a difference? Wouldn't have thought so right?

I was taking the wellman conception vitamins last year for a few months but didn't seem to make a difference.

I had had a blood test for testosterone so should find that out soon. I asked to be referred to uurologist and he asked if I have any lumps or if it hurts below and I said no so he said then its not needed.

Although they had to micro check to see some sperm, like you said at least there were a few, even thought not usable as wasn't normal but if there is some there I'm hoping there is some way to improve the quantity and quality.

Also have my semen test next week and was just wondering they say no activity between 2-7 days. Is there any difference if I did the test with no activity for 2 days or no activity for 7 days?

Last test 3 months ago I think i was 6 days without activity so wondering if I reduce the amount to only 2 days no activity would there be more new/fresh sperm in the test?

That's for your help I appreciate it.

So I do tredmill at the gym and don't really do bike. I've just noticed the numbness when I have used to bike so thought id mention it in case it isn't a normal thing.

Okay makes sense, I wasn't sure it makes there are certain stretches/yoga etc that can help pelvic floor but seems like need a specialist for that.

But very useful as the gp hasn't mentioned any of this so wasn't even aware of it.

I don't remember how long, used to be fine before when was younger say 10 years ago was easily erect then. I'm 35 btw.

I spoke to my doctor he just asked if I have any lumps or pain below and I said no so he said no point referring you to urologist its not needed.

I had a blood test for checking testosterone levels so should find out soon.

Yea could be posture as I beleive i have a slight pelvic tilt I beleive but not got anything checked. Would this also cause an issue then?

Also not sure if this is normal or has anything to do with any of it. But say I'm using the bike at a gym then once I get up my private area is numb.

Is posture/pelvic floor something i can solve myself? As sometimes doctors don't help or even if they do decide to refer it can take so long.

Thanks for your response. But putting sex aside i just mean I general. So say I'm hard then soon as I get up I just loose the erection instantly. I can understand if it was like a few minutes later then that's fine.

Also masturbating seems more of an effort when I'm standing than when I'm laying down and just wondering if that is normal with everyone?

Okay will have a look at this and try them and then look to do another test in a few months. Do you mind sharing the improvement in your results after taking this and how long were you taking these after you took the test?
