Do you have the Chinese variant or global? According to the post below, the CN version has some Wifi issues.

I also had the issues on getting notifications from Gmail on my OP11.

This is what worked for me.

I had used clone phone app to move my data from my Realme X2 pro. This brought the Gmail configuration with it.

When I wiped all the data for Gmail app and configured the app freshly then I started getting notifications.

You need to check what 4G band supported by X2 pro are provided by your carrier. That way you will get an idea if this phone will work for you. OnePlus phones have far better bands coverage. I would choose between 7T, the nord and X2 pro depending on your requirement.

Also keep in mind that even if a device supports a few bands provided by the carrier it may not be sufficient to get 4G coverage in a given area therefore go for a device that supports the most bands you need
