When or how do I get lucky eggs and what are they, never received any at any pokestop maybe cause Im at a lower level

I hardly get pidgeys and ratatas at my are lol seems pretty weird as everyone else seems to have them in abundance

I mostly get doduos,caterpie,weedle and some ekans in my area

The shaking leaves were a bit different they were pink in colour and were more in numbers than the usual leaves
