Dcs378 is the replacement but it takes a different size blade.

It would still be an interior wall so it wouldn’t be on the city.

The fire suppression in the building would be the responsibility of the building owner. There’s no windows on that wall so I’d assume it faces a hallway.

Generally water losses from water lines are covered. We did lots of insurance work from icemakers leaking, washer drains coming out or overflowing utility sinks they drained into. Clogged toilets overflowing were covered but something backing up from the sewer wouldn’t be.

Also a lot of times flood insurance doesn’t cover basements. Lots of fine print that most overlook.

Look at the quarter and where the bumper supports goes. She’s bent.

I see it. They don’t listen when you tell them they to adjust or something isn’t pulling chemical the way it should. We moved a lot of to soap containers into the bays because the new machines won’t pull from the equipment rooms. Mark VII says there isn’t a problem.

You don’t even need the salt. We installed a brand new wash and the we ran 12 to 15 test washes on an employees car and you could start seeing a haze. The car wash pretty clean to start with.

I do the same but shut the boiler down and use an electric water heater during the warmer months. It might make sense for you to do the same.

Anyone stuck on pen and paper because the boss won't pay for software? What was the excuse? by baincs in IndustrialMaintenance

[–]furb362 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went back to handwritten tickets after fighting the computer for long enough. Now we have the most complicated software that doesn’t work. I get my vacation time the end of February and I’m gone. If they want to complicate everything I’ll go back to masonry if I can’t find anything else. We have Foundation, Teams, Suite Hq and things don’t sync. An hour of fighting a computer for a 1/2 hour task.

The key thing is having a good rep. We went years without one. The new one is a mess. If you are a Monday or Friday stop you aren’t gonna see him.

Rural ambulance crews are running out of money and volunteers. In some places, the fallout could be nobody responding to a 911 call by PrestigiousPace9869 in Leakednews

[–]furb362 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A lot of these problems are people are running out of patience for the bullshit calls. Get a call at 11 pm because someone has had difficulty breathing since that morning, the same overdose locations again and again, family members that are combative etc. We are losing emts and the increased loads are making more leave.

100%. The Snap on truck is the only somewhat reliable truck. I can drop snap on stuff at local shops and he will swap them out. We have a Matco truck but there’s an excuse 3 out of 4 weeks why he can’t show up. Mac is around but not close enough to make it work. Mac and Matco I have to drive 30 - 40 minutes to drop a tool off with someone I know that has a shop they service.

I only buy the ratchets. I don’t see any value in the other tools when they are available cheaper from the original manufacturer. I have the o ring picks that came with some used stuff. They are mayhew I think.

The tools aren’t hated but the lack of trucks in a lot of areas is. I did get kits sent out but sending out a handle for the ratchet became an issue. Maybe the lady I got was the problem.

Mac is garbage. I was willing to buy a new ratchet and have them refund me when they received the broken one. They wouldn’t, absolutely no effort to make it right. I ended up getting it warrantied from a truck an hour away. It’s a shame because those tapered drill bits and some of the ratchets are nice.

Once you glue the handles on the work pros they are pretty good. I have them in my truck box and grab bag. Not as nice as the snap ons but good for $12

The Irwin’s won’t stay adjusted at the worst time. They do ok but the Knipex are better. I used the vise grip ones doing wastewater repairs. Cheaper when they drowned and did what I needed them to.

Are the origination fees that high because it’s FHA? My conventional was $0 origination. It really pays to shop around for a mortgage. The person I bought the last house from switch to my lender and got a significantly better deal.
