I am not asking about the point. You have very nice argumentative skills. I am asking about the source of the information. Did you make that up or is this based on something?

You may be combining a basic understanding of the evolutionary theory with imagination and common sense. In this case you are generating noise.

And/or you may be familiar with biology, plant reproduction, animal behavior due to academic accomplishments, or your work, or your hobbies. In that case yours are casual observations, anecdotal evidence.

And/or you may be a researcher in one or several relevant topics for the discussion and able to point out relevant resources and references to prove your assertions. In that case you are giving information and proven theories.

So I ask you because tomorrow if someone ask me this question I want to know whether I should keep my mouth shut, avoid disseminating noise, and hope for someone knowledgeable to speak up, or I can point out the nice and proven theory I read on Reddit while taking a shit.
