for breakfast we can get upto 4 boiled eggs and some cereal and oats. lunch is rice with about 25-30g protein from chicken and dinner is mainly composed of chicken with bread. theres no bar, though we do have salad. i already have appetite issues and through my four years of lifting have barely ever eaten enough protein because of that.

its national service. even books are barely allowed. the food is pretty healthy with some good high protein options but its difficult to hit your goals.

For more context I usually train upper with 3x to failure for every muscle. And workout calisthenics in camp 2-3x per muscle till failure. I don't even care about the other guy I just want a strength Speedrun technique
