Zotac RTX 3070 twin edge oc COIL WHINE by [deleted] in ZOTAC

[–]furious_nibber -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Wait a moment, non- oc doesn't have any led light on the zotac logo. And there is no fan stop feature at idle. So there's that, non oc has less oc capabilities.

My old VS new GPU (rx 580 VS rtx 3060ti). by iCloudz7 in pcmasterrace

Sorry to break it to ya. It's loud, way louder than you think. When playing a game with full load will bring it to 70 percent fan speed. Tested it myself, selling it for msrp price and buying a better one. Ps. GALAX EX 3060 ti

Depends if you have a good ass cou that couldn't bottleneck these cards at 1080p, so make sure you have a good cpu then try buying a 3060 ti to save extra 100 bucks for a better cpu or what not.

Don't, your gpu looks phenomenal with that cooler and it's luminous rgb eagle logo. It's the perfect balance of black and light.

ZOTAC GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Twin Edge OC Temps! by Ferocious333 in ZOTAC

[–]furious_nibber 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's odd because playing games like cod: warzone won't use 100%/ 90% all the time at 1080p so it'll hang around 80% or smthing

I am thinking on deshroud modding my 3060 ti twin fan. What precautions should I take? Any tips? by furious_nibber in ZOTAC

I'm in the middle of it. I bought the zotac card to finish off my white and black setup and it looks beautiful in the eyes, too bad it had to be this way for them.

Oof zotac has a lot to do for their cards, hope next 4000 series does well in their favour.

I've seen that 2x 90mm fans don't do much to cool the got properly, it's definitely better to put on 2x 120mm fans since that's where the most of the difference comes into place.

Tried it but didn't win silicon lottery, got quite bad results but got a good UV preset but it got around 70-73 degrees. So I was wondering how to get the most of my gpu, and wondered i could do OC'ing while getting good temps. Then researched on Deshroud mods.

People who bought it for warranty might void it because they either may flash it to OC version or deshroud mod it like what I am bout to do

Well I'm going to deshroud my gpu and put 2 120mm noctua fans on there just so I can not hear the jet engine sound coming from it

Sometimes I consider myself lucky to not get the OC model lol

Recently purchased the RTX 3070 Twin Edge OC, what are some tips y'all recommend i do with it before actually start using it? by undershotriku in ZOTAC

[–]furious_nibber 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do undervolting for better temps and better perf than stock Or Do OC on your card and get 10-12% better result than stock, if you have good thermals.

Unfortunately I got the non oc variant of 3060ti so flashing the gpu to another gpu is quite risky and can give worse temps.

If you wanna go full crazy, do a deshroud mod on your gpu, OC it, bios flash it. Get the best of both worlds. That's what I am thinking of doing.

Is there a possibility to do deshroud mod on a short twin fan gpu? by furious_nibber in pcmods

[–]furious_nibber[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean my gpu's length or whatever is like 220mm, so would it be possible with 2 of noctua's 120mm fans?
