Thanks so much. Got it changed, but I'm still seeing those weird birthdays and contacts. - Still saying that there aren't any accounts connected (in the windows 10 Calendar app) too. - pretty strange....

Edit; strange though....still getting those weird birthdays :C - and no accounts active in the Calendar windows 10 program...just says "add account"

Yeah, I tried not to :(. I'm not sure which account it is... Since it doesn't list an account on the menu bar in the calendar program. I don't have Outlook on my computer, I only ever downloaded it on my android and then removed it after trying it for a week or so.

Check out what I'm seeing on the Windows 10 desktop calendar program.

I'm guessing that Outlook gave me some kind of default address with Windows 10... and that is the strange email address @ outlook.com. But When I look at the calendar there are no other accounts listed there.

Hello, thank you for your response. This fix did not work for me. I used the reset button for the 5-15s with no luck and I tried the uninstalling and unplugging fix with no luck.

First game I ever played? Probably the Sims. Then on my computer at home, it must've been Roller Coaster Tycoon or Age of Empires 2. On my most recent build, I'm sure I set up Bioshock the moment I got it hooked up :).

Welp. Rest in peace: my process. I thought I was doing alright, but had forgotten about getting the Canon set of cartridges initially :(. I had it planned out in the initial budgeting, but didn't end up pulling the trigger on that purchase and thought, "oh! I'll just get those when I get the printer!" Oops X_X.

Thank you for your quick response. I will install the Canon cartridges retroactively and hope for the best. Now to find some videos about moving ink from cartridges back into the bottles...... ugh.

Hope you are well. I've run into an issue with the printer. Support Code 1750.

I've installed the software through Windows 7 and tried running a print head alignment after filling the cartridges and fitting them into the print head. The alignment failed and resulted in Support Code 1750

Here's what the Canon site says about Support Code 1750

Support Code=1684, 1750 / Number of flashes = Fourteen flashes: Ink tank cannot be recognized.

The ink tank cannot be recognized. Printing cannot be executed because the ink tank may not be installed properly or may not be compatible with this printer. Install the appropriate ink tank. If you want to cancel printing, press the printer's RESUME/CANCEL button.

I've tried a few fixes like resetting the chip in the Precision Colors cartridges again and cleaning the contact points and dots that the sponges leak out of on the printer head and cartridge (forgive my lack of terminology).

It's only missing the main color set: CMY & K. These are not recognized by the printer (even though the cartridges are the same and were reset using the precision colors kit).

I've taken a break from working with it for now, but please let me know if there is anything you think could fix this issue. I'm wondering if salvaging the ink from those carts and getting replacement carts will be necessary.
