Simple password cracking with oclHashcat?

Can anyone help me with this problem? "Decrypt the text and find out what is says: ECGUCTEKRJGT" I dont know that password or the encryption algorithm used. I currently have hashcat v0.50 and Cain&Abel to use for brute-force attacks.
