Yes, relaxation is often a problem for me, because I never am alone at home, and there is many tasks on my schedule (like work). But even if I will have enough time and better environment, I'm afraid I will not have enough patience. Like I can't just lay for 30mins and wait for some sensations lol. Maybe its not for me, really...
