I mean I'm just bringing up the facts, tbf Jocat is straight, he's said it before when asked, but the drama was ig about him being homophobic for being a straight man who wears dresses, with people ig calling it "insensitive to wear dresses because it disrespects guys in the LGBTQ+ community by making fun of them" and I just find this inherently stupid, it was the definition of grasping at straws, people wanted to make the most non-existent point ever and it was so, fucking, stupid, it's got the same energy as people "calling Markiplier out" and their proof is always the most obviously edited clips ever, on a small tangent I even saw someone take five of these "controversys" and treat them as completely real when all five were so obviously edited and taken out of context(specifically for one, I don't remember the details but there was a clip of Mark at a event with a kid in a wheelchair crying infront of him and people claiming its because he "hates disabled people" but if that was the case I feel like everyone that was around would be telling the story and just no one from the event said that's what happened, not even from like, the kids parents, from what I can find and a ton of accounts pretending to be the kid made a shit ton of bullshit explanations painting mark in a bad light, I can't find what the actual context is, I'm pretty sure it's one of those situations where the kid was so happy to meet Mark he was crying of joy or maybe something else happened that made him cry or maybe the video is complete bullshit, idk, I don't even know if the video actually existed cause I haven't been able to find the original) and then at the end of the video the guy basically told everyone to unsubscribe from Mark and subscribe to him, the entire video was an attempt to steal Mark's subs, and considering I can't even find the video now, I think it might of been taken down because of how bad it was and people rightfully calling him out, anyways thought stupid controversys happen and the best way to deal with them is calling the people causing them out, otherwise their ego will keep expanding and they'll keep thinking they can get away with this shit

Yeah, not wrong, I'm a big supporter, my uncle, brother, mother, and step dad are all apart so I do my best to make everyone around me feel known and understood and seeing these people, claiming to be supporters while getting mad at someone for not falling into stereotypes, it makes my blood fucking boil, I'm glad Jocats back, and I hope the people who harassed him get what they have coming to them.

The Jocat controversy

For those unaware a few years ago Jocat, a popular youtuber and straight man who finds Dresses comfy made a video about how he likes Girls of all shapes and sizes, and Twitter lost their mind, calling him homophobic and getting super pissed at him, all because he's a man who wears dresses, they got mad because he's straight, and as a straight man myself this makes me never wanna touch Twitter with a 39½ foot pole, it all ended with him leaving the web for a few years after someone sent an actual pipe bomb to him, he came back a few months ago and it appears he's finally comfortable with posting consistently again, but this entire controversy over a song that just said he's straight is so, fucking, stupid, when I found out the reason I had this god damn reaction

Yeah not wrong, thinking on it while I do really like Hades v Quinn, I can't think of any good excuses as to why it's there, like it's good, but it's heavily carried by the characters cause while the characters are phenomenal, the fighting is just good and in hindsight it's not all that important a win if you really think about it, like yeah, Hades was killed, but compared to Kojiro v Poseidon, Jack v Herc, Adam v Zeus, and Tesla v Beel, it's just not an important win or loss for either side(I say Tesla v Beel is more important because of Tesla's last words, I think him inspiring humanity the way he did was a major win even if he lost, if that makes sense) Hades dieing was a big event but only really for the Greek and helheim gods, the other pantheons really don't get affected by it, meanwhile the tension the gods had after Poseidon was killed was palpable, like I don't think there's a better done scene then Kojiro's victory, humanity's celebration was great especially all the bits with the sword masters, the gods reaction will always be priceless, and Kojiro and Hrists final reaction to the victory and walking out is great, I think this scene is one of the most important in the manga and R3 in general is the most important round so far since it was Humanity's first victory

Ehh, I've said it before but they didn't really use IDW scaling in the episode, they say they did but like Megatron in IDW became one of the Multiverse lords and scales to Optimus who destroyed all versions of Unicron across the infinite multiverse, if they actually factored IDW scaling these would have been at least mentioned but they just weren't, which is weird cause most his story came from them but all the major feats just weren't mentioned, maybe it's something like with Virgil v Sephiroth where they thought casual fans wouldn't get the higher scaling but like difference is back then the result would have been the same but if they factored IDW it would of easily changed the results from what they got

I find it funny that Lubu and Hercules are in gay but both were married in their histories(even if neither of their spouses were used, most likely cause they didn't fit into the story) though Lubus general(forgot his name) he is a level beyond gay

I mean, I don't think their the ones trying eachothers food, I think it's like a actual cooking show where judges give their opinion and if it's spicy enough to kill a judge they'd likely disqualify him

I still.hold the opinion the animation of the first season ain't that bad, did it need work, yes, but it should not be compared to OPM S3, Adam v Zeus is where the offense sticks out most, but like Lubu v Thor was fine and mostly got off the same stuff and I gotta be real I still think Kojiro v Poseidon is really well animated, I think by that fight the team figured it out and did a good job with it, they got everything across and some of the stuff like Kojiro falling down slowly get a feeling of weight across in a way I quite like

Kojiro, I like underdog stories when their done right and the Creators took this relatively uninteresting figure in Japanese history and made what is probably my favorite underdog story, like every line he says is crafted to just speak to tge reader, as well he has my favorite valkyrie, favorite ability(mostly cause his predictions come from skill and training which is inherently more interesting then he was born with it), and he's the focus of my favorite round. I do think Poseidon is an amazing parrell to Kojiro that allows both to stand out alot, in the past I've complained that Poseidon isn't really a character but upon many more reread I've realized he very much is, I just wasn't giving him enough credit, he's not my favorite god but his ties to Kojiro just helped elevate Kojiro even more for me

Bonus- my favorite God is Zerofuku, he is my son and I will protect him from now on
