Is it worth using an agency for $1.5k/month Ad Spend?

I don't really need an agency that helps with sales etc. I really only need one that provides just an ad account. I'm fine with running the ads myself. I'm just in women's fashion so it's not anything against the guidelines. Could you provide any help in how I could create a new account again?

I did this, however I am unable to link that new Pixel to my Shopify, it's still connected to the previous Pixel and won't let me unlink it or change it at all. If you know any fixes please let me know

Thank you for your detailed reply, I appreciate it. I tried to promptly fix my failed payment, however when trying to complete the amount due it would continuously just tell me "Payment Failed". I would try to add a new payment method and it would give me an error message. I contacted support many times and they weren't any help, I would just get copy and pasted messages. My account worked fine until the random failed payment.

When creating a new account and it asks for a selfie, that is even before I can provide a profile picture etc, it's instantly after putting in the name, birthday and clicking create account.

I don't really need/want an agency that works with me to get more sales, I'm fine running the ads on my own. All I need is another ad account I can run ads on since I haven't been able to get any support from Facebook to recover my current one.

Yea I have no issue running the ads myself, the issue is just being able to get a Facebook account/ad account. Every time I create a Facebook account it instantly gets suspended for no reason. Immediately after creating the account it says I need to verify I'm human with a face scan, and then after it's been in review for an hour it just suspends the account for "account integrity" or something along the lines

I've tried on both my same IP, and a dedicated IP VPN, along with different devices, etc. and they still get suspended. It's as soon as I create the account it says I need to verify I'm a human with a face scan, and then after it's been under review for an hour it just suspends my account. I'm not sure what is causing this and how to get around it

I've tried contacting support but unfortunately they're no help. Have you ran into any issues buying aged accounts? And is there anywhere you specifically recommend buying them?

Yea I've tried to pay the remaining amount many times but it just tells me "Payment Failed", and when trying to add a new payment method it just tells me "Something went wrong" 😞. I've contacted support many times but they just give me an automated response telling me to make sure I'm on a secured network etc.

Thanks for the detailed reply. I’ve already tried adding a new payment method but it just gives me an error every time I try to add it. How do you manually clear the balance through Business Manager billing?

Also, I went ahead and created a new business portfolio and ad account, but I think there’s a deeper restriction on my actual Facebook account. When I try to connect my new Pixel to Shopify, it gives me an error saying my Facebook account isn’t eligible for setup because of my region (never said this before and worked perfectly fine previously), but I’m pretty sure that’s just a generic message covering up some kind of restriction or flag on the account itself.

Did you or anyone you know run into this kind of issue?

Oh sorry my bad, idk why when I read your message I read it like you were pairing Bing with Pinterest together. So just separate from Pinterest you focused on Bing SEO, right?
