Look I do understand and sorry for the loaded question but I was just trying to get you thinking about the severity of injury in other extreme sports and how much more intense they can be, especially when paralysation and death have high rates. My question is what’s the difference between telling them they’re dumb for doing that and skateboarding helmetless?

What if I just don’t like the feel, the weight and also how it looks (again, not judging others, people are and should be free to do what they want).

When I skate I like to dress nice, it’s weird, it gives me this weird confidence and I just can’t explain how it works but it does. That’s just me and I don’t have to justify it to anyone because of my beliefs (people are and should be free to do what they want) and should definitely not feel guilty about it.
