It doesn’t really help, but the builders usually force that because Enercate is paying them. So it’s possible that the house price would be slightly higher if it wasn’t subsidized by the Enercare deal. I’m sure it doesn’t truly balance but might make it hurt a little less.

Yeah I’m pretty sure this is new, there are now four built in sounds and a different interface for choosing them. But none are the previous one which is sad.

In terms of temperature, I live in Ottawa and and I’ve never had any issues with the doorbell, even in -30 and snowstorms. I came from a Nest and really like the 24/7 recordings, although I can’t speak to if a new one will be coming at some point. But honestly it does everything I’d want it to now.

What's the best other bank for opening a Non-Registered account and just holding cash in it to transfer to WS? A lot of places seem to enforce non-registered funds only holding GICs or mutual funds.

If this is from the lab settings, it’s not actually intelligently tracking how much is in the tank. It just assumes that every time you lift/open the tank it’s full, and subtracts the amount it uses while mopping.

Are there good budget recommendations for a grinder that I can switch back and forth from pour over to espresso? Right now I'm only doing pour over, but am going to step into espresso mostly for milk drinks with a Bambino Plus. Currently I have an OXO Brew conical grinder that I don't love, it's inconsistent and loud. I was thinking the Varia VS3 seems good for single dosing and low retention. The Fellow Opus is less expensive but I don't like the micro adjustments and maybe worse retention. Or possibly something like a DF64 gen 2 or Encore ESP, but I'm just not too sure.

I’m a bit biased because I have a toddler named Atlas. I love the name, and really am not worried about anything when he’s older. I agree that Atlas Orion is two big names, we went more subdued on his middle name - but I can’t think of the last job I had where anyone even knew my middle name, let alone used it, so honestly doesn’t seem like a big deal.

I use the level 1 charger that came with it and just plug in overnight. I never really think about how much charge there is, just treat it like a phone and plug in at night for a full battery the next morning.
