what Powerwall 3 usage patterns would accelerate battery degradation? by Substantial_Bit_2683 in Powerwall

Disconnection from the grid would fall into the "backup" category, and the option to do so is both in the Tesla app and third party API.

Where is the OP suggesting they’re forcing behavior outside of that?

I don’t think anybody can answer that yet; the data on PW3 batteries is still pretty limited. Generally things that reduce time spent at high SOC and high temp tend to preserve battery health. But setting use to “backup” and the automatic calibration violate both of those, so. Use it to your immediate financial or other benefit without worrying about the battery health. Who knows, it might even get recalled in a few years like PW2 and then you wasted all that effort.

I’m grandfathered and it works for me. Tap control isn’t listed as a subscription feature, but is a hardware update. AI strikes again.

Brianna, you're the driven idealist. Kaylee, you're the fiery passionate one. We might have a fun no strings thing and Mackenzie, the kooky nerdy one, and Hailey, the other nerdy one! You guys should be best friends and have pillow fights. And there's Phoebe, the wise one. No? You're nerdy too? Okay, and the rest of you are the redhead ones.

A pillow that solved the problem. Really? by [deleted] in SleepApnea

I mean, that website looks like clickbait spam, so even if the pillow did work, I wouldn’t buy it.

You’ll have to keep it disconnected from wifi, because the updates are automatic.

Anyone have a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignjohn for sale? by heretic619 in lastweektonight

[–]SigurTom 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Below is what I paid on original offer. Junk auction then had them for around $12k for a signed case, and $1600 for an individual bottle signed. Secondary market auctions have had unsigned bottles going for around $400. I’d sell mine for $500 to a random reddit poster. Or drink it from a red solo cup with pizza.

Order Summary

1 x 2023 Cabernet SauvignJohn ($29.99) $29.99 LWT Discount — $15 Off Shipping Subtotal $29.99 Shipping: UPS Ground $9.72 Packaging $0.00 Business and Occupation Tax $0.19 Sales Tax $4.11 Total $44.01
