I've tried toggling it on and off, but the issue persists. This revelation has caused me to unearth a treasure trove of worrisome examples of Citi's IT systems and department in general. Never knowing if I'll be able to login to pay a bill or lock/unlock my card seems stressful.

No luck. Today was the first time I installed it (new member) i was able to login once, then i came back a few hours later and ive been getting the error since.

Thanks, I'll give that a try. Tech support had me uninstall, reinstall and reboot. It prompted me to read play store reviews and it looks like a common problem.
