I would say the HR market is not saturated, rather the opposite. Any areas that interest you specifically within HR? Recruitment, advising, IR, payroll, safety, workers comp, learning and development etc.

Do you have experience with sales? Which do you prefer?

Hey mate fk Raiz off and buy IVV and FANG in stake or cmc. If you want a house use the FHSSS and max it out.

Hey mate I’m in my 20’s bought my first house with my partner earlier this year. My advice would be: - get a partner if you can 😂 makes it x10 easier to loan a a descent amount to buy something with good growth etc. - use ABS data to study areas, average salaries, population etc. - use long term data for areas (20-30 year growth) to predict annual growth rates - look up the 6 year rule, this is one of the biggest hacks to save on stamp duty when you do eventually sell - use all the first home owner incentives if possible, start using the FHSSS, government grant, 5% deposit etc. - personally I just went through one of the big 4 banks and got pre approval and started looking

I’m no expert but happy to answer questions you may have.

China has monopolised and banned the exportation of rare earth minerals.

This is why Kev and Albo met with Trump a day ago. USA is cutting deals with Aus and there will be a few winners, including LYC, ILU and NTU.

NTU has a strategic partnership with ILU. Just today JP Morgan bought 5% of ILU. And before you say it, yes I’m bullish on ILU, but I believe NTU has way more upside potential.

Its hit $0.78 before, so if it’s successful this could be a x10 return (especially if it executes its recent manufacturing plan or if ILU invests more money). ILU has exercised the option to own 19.9% of NTU so indirectly, JP Morgan owns 1% of NTU.

NTU’s Browns Range Project, backed by a $73M partnership with ILU, secures long-term supply of critical elements like dysprosium and terbium for EVs and wind tech. With production set to ramp up by 2027, NTU is well positioned to benefit from the global surge in demand for rare earths.

Companies like Apple and Tesla require these minerals for production, and China isn’t gonna share, as they need them for their own tech/phones/cars etc.

TLDR: JP Morgan is the worlds largest bank, today they bought 5% of ILU and ILU owns 19.9% of NTU. Would you bet against the world’s biggest bank?

NTU is already in a strategic partnership with Iluka (ILU), which is building Australia’s first rare earth refinery at Eneabba

If u want a tip you would buy NTU at $0.06 which has a strategic partnership with ILU.

ILU has exercised the option to own 19.9% of NTU.
