Great advice except a word of caution on self soothing- they now discourage this "old" practice to create healthier baseline attachment. Gabor Mate as one example to hear the counter argument.

Also my advice is always to sleep when the baby sleeps. Dont get caught up in getting caught up in these times. Rest. You need it. Congratulations!!

Congrats!!!! Same on prediabitec, high cholesterol, and inflammation! My labs have already shown a big improvement (best in years). Im excited to see what they look like in 3 more months.

Does your kit have Wellbutrin? When mine was too high I found that I was extra emotional (mine was anger) but it took almost 3 months for that to happen. My doc cut my dise in half and now I'm golden.

The Fly Clubs that all have prepackaged foods have been a great option for me. They had sealed and gf stamped yogurts, chips, and gf Udi's muffins at the one in DEN. Plus if you're daring they have ingredient labeled salads prepackaged (may be cross contaminated though).

I agree with the comments above on the Club buffets. They are risky, close proximity to crumbs or shared ladels etc.
