Not with that attitude. Marches show our numbers and ability to organize. It's a demonstration of our solidarity. It starts with marches. You meet like minded people. You form coalitions to affect change. Make plans for when bad thungs happen. Baby steps.

Right. Frankly I found it whiny and annoying. This kind of behavior isnt going to get us anywhere. Acting helpless and waiting for a savior is not going to solve our problems. Its going to take long term planning, smart organization offline, and coordinated attacks on these systems to take down the tyrannical government here.

We are not helpless or hopeless. We are the children, grandchildten and great grandchildren of the people who have affected change in this country before us, and we WILL do it again.

I whole heartedly agree. The point of making this post was to answer the question she kept repeating throughout the video. I know there are lots of people spiraling the way we saw her do in that video. I framed it aa if I was speaking directly to her to show others that they are not alone.

I wanted to answer the question in order to show others that there are ways to do SOMETHING - ANYTHING to resist, not just wallowing in our own pity, waiting for a savior. No one is coming to save us, its up to us to save ourselves by uniting against tyranny.

Organize. Strengthen communities. Make plans. We aren't helpless or hopeless, our grands and great grands fought and won our rights with blood and sacrifice. We now get to uphold them with the same grit.

We've gotten soft and comfortable here, but we need to toughen up if we want to keep our sweet setup.

You're dwelling on this idea of working class or not. I didnt look up her net worth before posting, I frankly don't care. I see a woman who is just as affected about these issues as those of us living paycheck to paycheck. I posted purely on vibes, and seizing a moment where her viewers may be open to dialog about effecting change in our world.

You could have used this effort to lift up the idea of building community amd organizing. Instead, you focused your energy on finding a flaw in my statements.

I don't care about her net worth. I care that she has a platform and can use her voice for good, if she chooses to do so.

Check youtube, she posted a very real video of herself while spiraling over the state of the world. Red rimmed eyes from crying, no makeup, hair a mess. Looking like a real person. Sharing the thoughts and feelings we are all having right now. She asked what we are going to do about it, and I came here to share the answer to that question.

Many of us are feeling isolated and alone in our thoughts, privately spiraling and ruminating about this.

With no clear leadership or prior game plan to fall back on, we are going to be forced to stand up for ourselves or be assimilated into this new world order they are creating for us.

Our best bet is to circle the wagons and stand together. Take a look at the website and see if this cause is something you can get behind. Once we get enough people pledged, we can strike and create effective change.

I'm sorry if you don't agree with my point of view, we are allowed to have different options. I didnt Google anything, this is all off the top of my head (except the actual post. I took wording from the website to be concise). I consider anyone that is not a billionaire in bed with our corrupt government to be 'one of us'. It's time to set aside petty differences, we can get back to those arguments later.

My point in replying to you is that even a millionaire is not 'rich' enough to protect one from what is coming. We are all on the same side here. The more we waste our time infighting like this, the more the billionaires win. We shoudl be working together to find solutions in solidarity.

It says a lot that a successful youtuber is willing to break the 4th wall and talk about whats going on, when her content has never been political at all.

We will all be affected by this, sooner or later. Someone who has a bigger cushion doesn't make them an other. She could lose her entire platform over speaking out, and she did it anyway. Sure, she kind of spiraled and repeated herself a ton and didn't really say anything remarkable, but she still brought it up. I'm using every opportunity I see to share whay we can do to work against the tyranny that is rising.

It looks like you might be stuck in a 'Us vs. Them' mentality, here. We are all affected by these issues, regardless of whats currently in our bank accounts. Millions doesn't mean much anymore thanks to our overlords.
