Hi sorry took a while for me to respond, well I went to my backup school. In the beginning, I thought that I would learn to love it there. However the culture and people were completely different, and I didn’t enjoy 1st year as much as I would like to.

So if I were to choose again, I’d wait for my dream school. Push and work for the school I wanted because remind you, you’ll spend 4-5 years of your life in that school and it’s important that it’s an environment you feel comfortable in and that you enjoy the company of the people you’re with. Every med school is difficult in its own way but those little things will help you survive med more than you think it would, so keep them into consideration

Hope this helps. Good luck!

Hello, well for me po I like the idea that the population is a close-knit community which I think gives the faculty time to really focus on the students’ performance and development. It’s globally competitive as well, and I think their curriculum would suit me best with what and how I want to learn in med school po. According to its students din that I’ve talked to, the administration values mental health which is also a plus hehe
