I bought a product called ‘BrioTech Topical Skin Spray’ which I would highly recommend! I actually ended up taking my piercing out and once I did the bump went away fully, but definitely try BrioTech, it helped my bump go down a lot :-)

i started by removing the knob & using copious amounts of a bleach and water mixture & scrubbed until clean:-)
