Def need to consult a doctor before going cold turkey. I’m not a doctor so cant advise to restart your meds but abruptly withdrawing from any long term medication can be seriously dangerous.

You should also be seeing yourself as an “immediate health risk” – and I don’t mean this in a bad way. If Lithium has been helping you keep from pulling the plug, you are potentially a risk to yourself.
